Food Glorious Food!

Part of my job as Editor of Vale Life and City Life Cardiff is meeting with clients. This is probably the most enjoyable part of what I do. I love people and especially love meeting people in business; finding out what makes them tick and their passion for what they do.

James Sommerin is a chef with more awards than you can shake a stick at and owned a restaurant in the seaside town of Penarth in the Vale of Glamorgan. Since lockdown, the restaurant has been unable to operation so James has now restarted his takeaway service called Sommerins At Home https://sommerins.co.uk/.

It was while James was at the restaurant that we had our meeting. It was a lovely warm summer’s day, so I decided a bit of colour was in order. Can you get too much colour? I don’t think so. I’m not ready for beige!
